This 48 hour course (4 weekends - one a month) is designed to explore yoga in more depth. It includes practical and theoretical work including:

> Pranayama – the power of the breath
> The importance of relaxation
> The power of meditation
Who is it for?
It is intended for students who would like to develop their knowledge of yoga further and also for those wanting to train as teachers to provide them with the basics and an introduction to our diploma course.
